Let Well Balanced Eating be your guide
Well Balanced Eating, LLC is dedicated to helping you achieve a healthy, balanced life.
By working together during scheduled in-person, video, or phone consultations, we will set reasonable goals that will steer you down the right path toward a lifetime of healthy eating.

Well Balanced Eating understands that consistently making the right food choices can be challenging. We believe intuitive eating, feeling body positive, and finding satisfaction from eating delicious foods can and should be goals of healthy eating. We can help you address your specific barriers and create a plan that fits your food preferences, busy schedule, and individual nutrient needs.
