Group Presentations

Well Balanced Eating is available for group presentations. Topics can range from general healthy eating to more specific subjects such as sports nutrition. Meghan has experience presenting to groups of various ages including seniors and young athletes. She is able to tailor her talk to the specific learning needs of the group. Meghan has received very positive feedback from past presentation organizers.
